System :
Step 1 : The frame of the bench is made up of empty bottles sealed within 4 cardboard boxes. This system works by simply compressing the bottles together. Once closed, the cardboard becomes a structural and extremely sturdy block.
Step 2 : We add a first layer of stretch film and then clothing into our mold, followed by adding our cardboard with bottles. Finally, we line it with a sufficient layer of clothing for comfort. The ball is then wrapped in stretch film.
Step 3 : We add black straps to increase the ball's strength. The remaining straps are aesthetic coverings. The bench's legs use the system of cardboard filled with empty bottles.

To produce our blocks, we created a wooden mold.
For one bench, we need 150 plastic bottles, 6 cardboards, 1/4 of a professional roll of stretch film.
Plastic bottles were collected through informal bottle collectors from the medina.
Stretch film came from a company whose rolls did not pass quality control.
Cardboard boxes came from a second-hand resale network.
The 800kg of discarded clothing used were generously donated by the Afreecan association.
The production cost of a 3-person bench is 20 dinars (5 euros). With more time, it could have been 5 dinars (1,5 euros).
